The Residential House Manager is responsible for the day-to-day, hands-on operations of the community living home and the sound clinical and ethical habilitation of the individuals in their care. Keystone Community Resources provides on-the-job training for each position.
The ideal candidate for this position has a college education with relevant experience as required by licensing regulations. This can be a combination of Bachelor's Degree with two (2) years work experience with IDD population, an associate's Degree with four (4) years work experience with IDD population, or a minimum of 60 college credits with four (4) years work experience with IDD population.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
