The Residential House Manager is responsible for the day-to-day, hands-on operations of the community living home and the sound clinical and ethical habilitation of the individuals in their care. Keystone Community Resources provides on-the-job training for each position.
The ideal candidate for this position has a college education with relevant experience as required by licensing regulations. This can be a combination of Bachelor's Degree with two (2) years work experience with IDD population, an associate's Degree with four (4) years work experience with IDD population, or a minimum of 60 college credits with four (4) years work experience with IDD population.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
